Passing on from a comedy friend -
Howdy all, a friend of mine is opening a new comedy club and he's inviting his friends to the grand opening for FREE! And he's asked his friends to invite their friends, and I'm asking you to invite your friends!
300 seats One show schedules 7pm, but if it overflows the suggestion will be to go to dinner and come back they'll do it again at 10!!
Let's support clean comedy, being able to introduce your kids to live comedy!

any youtube or audio links for these guys? this would be a great place to take my brother, but I'm always afraid that "100% clean" = "not funny". I know that's a dumb way of looking at it but anyway, if any of those comedians have samples or something, that'd be totes awesome.

I could wax philosophical about comedy in the ear of the beholder, but I won't.
However, there are a few points that might help out.
1. it's free. (see the evite link)
2. the fellow who sent me the info is someone I met at a comedy writing workshop, so I know he's studied the art.
3. It's free.
I would say you should risk it, and report back here about how it was. :-)
this club is no longer running, but there is a weekly Saturday night comedy show just around the corner from this club--
the Hyatt Saturday show is NOT clean--it's R-rated, so consider yourself warned:-)
